There are 42 separate sections to be added to the frame, these are the fist pieces

Some pix of the shock mount being made and fitted, the adjuster will be mounted to the engine spindle.

MAN THIS IS GREAT WORK KEEP THE PICTURES COMING. I WAS SPEECHLESS WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS THING. I'M GOING ONLINE AN TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS BIKE. I CAN THINK OF ALL KINDS OF MOTOR COMBINATIONS FOR THIS FRAME.

All the welding done


Started with angle grinder

Then finished by hand

Both sides rubbed down to a perfect finish ready for polish later, bike back on it's wheels to check wheel alignment etc, all spot on, nice.

So got the new subframe finished

Seat and battery fit well

Spent 3 hours cleaning the shop then finished the tail unit, will make the subframe cover tomorrow.

Got the tail sanded and finished, well pleased with it 



Got the top half of the tank's sheet metal work done ready for welding, I'm doing all this without power tools now due to noise warning!! *** biceps are getting bigger

Got the tank base finished with air box and battery cut out's ready for welding

So here's the finished tank, welded together and sanded down, fits the bike superb too!!! nice.

 Got the tank mounts made and fitted (they will be welded in place and the screw holes filled)

Made the infill pieces for the tank bottom, will get all this welded up tomorrow.

 Got the tank skirts welded on and made the worlds smallest hugger
