I think it's a nice bike for sure but to be honest I don't think it would stand out in a crowd at a local bike show o bike night.
Don't get me wrong, it's really clean as far as everything that is done to it looks smooth together but IMO it's just another chromed, stretched, and lowered R1. I would love to own a bike with that much work put into it but it's not really any different than most other modified R1's.
You've got a hot bike but it what you see is what you get, what numbers are you pushing or what does it have that would set it apart from a random google search for "CHROMED & STRETCHED R1's"?

Stunnin750 pretty much summed it up. It's beautiful bike, but these days there has to be some sort of "hook" that makes it different than the 20,000 other stretched, slammed and chromed R1s. The undertail looks like it has empty holes, it still has stock reservoirs/caps, stock rearsets, etc. But...it'd definitely be the Ride of the Month for readers' rides.

I deff hear what you guys are saying.... And thanks for not blasting me. It's got 04 gauge cluster lol that's something . Those are holes but I have black and chrome bolts threw them....and the rearsets are chromed. Not that make a difference lol. That would be awesome to make it into readers rides. Before I customized this way it was running mid 9's . I'll have to see if I can find my old time slipps . Thanks again guys

No problem bro. You do have a really nice set up. Mid 9's is the norm or a literbike with a competent rider though. I think that with it stretched and lowered like it is and with a few power adders it could do low 9 to high 8's.
If it was mine I would atleast do a little more with the paint just to personalize it and make it that much more unique.

hahah! nitrous on one side, no brake on the other and spinner rims: an absurd rolling contradiction of parts entirely!

lol i agree dave ... i do however like the backlite suzuki and the 1000 on the tail. i was going for a simple and clean look when i started out. i built this bike in my father inlaws garage. this bike has never seen a shop . it has some small things to make it stand out. but like i said before i get where you guys are coming from. and dave what do i have to do too get in readers ride of the month or just plan readers rides?

yeah, he said it was just a show bike he takes on the occasional drive around town. I just thought the backlighting was pretty cool and i wanted to share.
I agree though and think it's a shame to take a perfectly working, functional streetbike and to take away almost all the performance just to have some temporary eye candy. If it's to show off all the talents of a custom shop or something like that then maybe, but for the sole purpose of eye candy like this one I think it's just a poor choice of spending alot of dough.
