Ive been researching what exhaust setup on my bike I should put.  I have a k8 gsxr 600 and idk if I should get a slip on or complete. My choices are full two bros or a full brocks system.

choose which one you think looks best if you're going for looks or choose the one that gives the most power if you're looking for more power. you didn't really ask any questions here...

i understand you're looking for other people's opinions on what they think but what are you looking for here? There's really no downside to getting a full exhaust except they're more costly than a slip-on. Go with what is cheaper or looks best to you.

For your bike save yourself some money and get an 06/07 slip on.  M4 short Exhaust or Yoshimura R55 looks great and sounds great too. Costs LOTS cheaper!  Don't waste 1K on a full system unless it's a quality one like Akrapovic or Yosh.  Stock headers are fairly good.

Do what most call a cat-hack and you have an almost complete full system for half the price.  Removes the cat and about 15-20lbs.  GOOGLE it.

M4 Shorty

R55

You mean "cat back," and those actually retain he stock catalytic converter. As the name suggests, the pipe runs from the cat...back.

No.   Definitely meant to say "CAT-HACK".

On the 08-09 models the catalytic converter is actually welded on to the headers right after the servo-actuated exhaust valve.  You actually "hack" off the cat since you can't just remove it, but cut it as close to the cat as possible leaving enough pipe to slide on an 06-07 Slip-on.

You will eliminate the annoying catalytic converter and lose all the weight of the stock pipe and cat.

Since you didn't google it... ..here's the link Cat-HACK

And a detailed photo of what it will look like after done.  Make sure to notch the 06/07 slip on go go around the servo.  Read that thread and break out the Dremel tool.

OK, you can make up whatever terms you want, but when they don't apply to any standard application they're irrelevant. Of course you'll have to "hack" stuff apart when you're fitting parts from a different bike!
Fit an '06 to an '08—two totally different bikes.
The standard term Cat-Back is for exhaust companies talking about apples to apples, not apples to nonsense.

Well after researching I think im gonna go with a yoshimira r-55 full exhaust people say the yoshimira exhuast systems go really good with the gsxrs. But does anybody know if that exhaust sounds good  and is loud?

check it out on YouTube. there are usually a lot of sound bites of different pipes on there. If you're getting a full exhaust then you'll need a Power Commander or Bazzaz to get the most out of it. Leo Vince full exhausts don't need any aftermarket fuel management, but almost every other exhaust usually does!
