I watched a documentary on TLC called "My Brand New Face", it's about a man named Maurice Simpson who suffers from neurofibromatosis (NF for short). It's a condition that causes tumors to grow on his face and body.
The cool thing about Maurice is that despite his deformed face, he has such an upbeat attitude. Maurice rides a motorcycle, so one of his concerns was his face hanging out from his helmet.

"I had bought the biggest motorcycle helmet I could find and my face still hung out on the bottom. That’s what really did it for me,"

Some people were making comments about it being unsafe that he rode. He can't see out of one eye (the droopy one).
