Eating My Words

So I got my new plastics from GSXRfairings.com a few days ago and man was I surprised. let me do this the easy way to tell you about my experience with them

GOOD:
-military discount
-paint quality was awesome
-plastic quality was great, flexible and sturdy
-price was amazing...for a reason....
-their only representative sounded really hot
-decals are painted onto the fairings and clearcoated

BAD:
-customer service blows
-painter has the skill of a kindergarten finger painter
-plastics were scratched before being painted
-paint was smeared from being touched while wet
-paint were scratched while in transit
-plastics were not cleaned before being painted
-i'm out the $103 it cost to return the plastics
-my phone calls and emails were ignored when trying to work out how to get better quality parts and they still won't return my inquiries
-I tried buying another set online instead of by phone and was given a refund without a reason or notice
-their management refuses to talk to customers by phone, only through email
-they have no quality control whatsoever

so if you thought about using them or have heard of them, i would suggest looking elsewhere such as nicecycle.com or fastfairings.com for new fairings and get your money's worth because with GSXRfairings.com the price is cheap but so is the quality of service and finished product  

Can you complain to the Better Business Bureau?

damn. told you nicecycle was the way to go! sorry that sucks.  

nicecycle looks the same as fastfairings but fastfairings has 2-3 day shipping which is what i need because i'm only home for a month with my bike this month...and neither of them take AMEX or paypal so even then i'm still waiting to get my mastercard in the mail  

they all look the same, not sure why that is.
our plastics were great...
