2007 Suzuki GSX R600 & valve adjustment

I have neglected to do my 16k valve adjustment on my gsxr. I know thats bad of me. I have 25k on it as of now. I have my bike ready to do a valve adjustment in my garage. Looking for precise instructions on how to do. The manuel i have on it is vague. Anybody?

it's not that hard, but might be worth getting a quote from a shop. it could take you a very long time and headaches vs. just paying a couple hundred bucks...

yeah Dave is right. i helped my neighbor do his... it was a huge headache. def taking mine to the shop.
