New winter Project Bike...Custom 2003-ZX6R

Picked up my new Project Bike Sat Nov 14th...
Plan on lots of Mods.. Powder Coating and Custom Paint work..
Current parts on hand and Mods im doing right Now..
Smoked tinted intergrated LED Tail light
Intergrated LED Turnsignal Mirrors
Lowering links Lowering bike 1'' front & 2'' rear..
Swatt Clip on's with 2.5'' riser
05/06 wheel swap.. Powder coating White/Custom color
05 Swing arm Swap.. Powder coating Matte Black
Forks Powder coated matte Black
Powder coated upper & lower Tripple's Matte Black
Powder coating the Brake rotors & Sprocket white
Powder coating Brake calipers Matte black with Raised lettering in White
Also Making my own Custom GP style Exhaust with an R6 Muffler..
I will update info and lots of pics as it goes..
Doesn't look like much yet.. But has low Miles, and race Suspension, and Runs like a Raped Ape... Well atleast compared to my Old 09-250R...
Still unsure on color combo.. Either Black with White wheels and custom Graphics, Or white with White wheels & Custom Graphics..

Finished Coating the frame last night and Just finished getting it back together..

So far ive finished Coating the frame,wheels,rotors,sprocket,subframe,Fork tubes,Upper & lower Tripple's & Brake calipers...

If you are running the 320 brakes from the 05-06 I can make your the 10MM spacers pretty easy, let me know http://www.naarden.biz (looks like you might have some already but some people use nasty washers)
Why arent you PC the case covers if thats your thing?
Check out my smogblock off plates too, if you shorten that exhaust youll get some serious decel popping that is annoying. they will help big time.

Few Updates...
Well i didnt have any luck Finding someone local that can Weld Titanium, So the R1 muffler is out..
Ended up Finding a Right side M4 Performance Retro-Drag Slip on's Muffler of a ZX14 and Cut it down and Ceramic coated it and got it Mounted.. I like it...

New seat...Thanks to Tommy at seatsbytommy.com for great Work ....
Seat was Done in Gloss black gator & Faux white Leather with Pearl white stiching..

A little Update..sorta.. After taking with my painter, we are going with Pearl white paint .. Instead of Vinyl decals he going to airbrush all numbers & lettering..
