Hi everyone I'm new to the forums but not to riding.
Been riding for about 6 years, started on a SV650, then moved to a 600RR, then i moved to Japan and have been rideless for about 2 years  . I'm moving back to the states and look forward, wait no salivate at the thought of riding again.
SO MY QUESTION IS!!!
Is the 2010 1000RR out doing past year models? I have been looking around and found a brand new 08 for 8500 at a dealership, that will save me about 4K. I'm on the fence, not to mention i kind of dig the new style they have.
Appreciate any info if anyone has had a chance to put one of these new machines to the test.

the '08 -'10 are exactly the same.
if you mean an '07, then yeah the body style is different, but performance is nearly the same.
