I have a Ninja 750, last week when I was riding I noticed a noise pulled over, and saw my coolant leaking out everywhere out of a tiny pinhole in the hose.  Since then I replaced the hose, filled it with coolant, and when I first went to start the bike, it idle for couple seconds then smoke starts to appear near the radiator.  I dont know what is wrong!!!  Please help.

I would firstly wash down the all signs of the coolant on the machine as Ethanlene Glycol does smoke when in contack with a hot external surface ,like engine cases pipes etc,do this when shes cold and youll need to use organic orange or green cleaners as specified for for general purpose.Secondly ,did you do a pressure check test, with and include the radiator cap, when you know shes sound and all other hoses & overflow tank & waterpump is good ,# 3 would be do a flush which she may have never had ,its easy to do look it up on the web and for 3,when ever you refill a coolant system especially on a bike youll need to bleed out the air pockets, their are 2 ways to do this most machines have a bleed nipple somewhere in the area of the waterpump ,secoundly when shes cold take the radiator cap off warm up the bike and wait till you see the coolant flow,by this I mean the Thermosat has opened and is allowing the flow of coolant throughout the system, the air will bleed it self oout through the radiator, the air has a hanit od hiding in the radiator & mostly the waterpump ,this causes cavitaion of the water, leaving the waterpump pumping nothing but bubbles, leading to eventualldisater as she overheats & finds the weakest area to expell! later...Dom
