Clean Title 2005 HONDA CBR 600RR

I have a 2005 Hnonda CBR 600RR for sale. This bike is my baby and I dont want to let her go but its either sell the bike or move back to Jersey and thats not happening. I am the 2nd owner of the bike. the first owner was my good friend back east so I know the history on the bike. Its never been dropped but it did fall off a stand in a garage and there is a little scratch on the stator cover. The bike has 10,500 miles on it. HP4 synthetic oil always used when oil was changed. The bike has a K&N filter, asv levers, yoshi slip on, scotts steering damper( best investment on the bike), led intergrated tail light, proton flush mount blinkers(super bright), vortex sliders and swing arm spools, competition works plate reloctor, paint matched rear cowl cover(still have the stock seat). I dont ride wheelies or stunt. This bike was used what its built for....to ride the twisties. The bike pulls strong in every gear. I waxed the bike after every ride....every ride.
