well i am one of those 750 owners that you speak of and i plan on getting mine dynoed as well while also having all of the same or equal parts that you have on yours plus some. Just a friendly reminder from the competition But i figure any little bit helps. Every bit of horsepower you can squeeze out of your bike is going to be worth it in my opinion.
Bikes usually weigh about 420ish wet, plus a rider, I weigh 170, that's only 590lb for 127hp (stock hp for my 750) to be pushing around. With all the mods I put on mine I stand to gain about another 20 or so horsepower which just about bumps me up to the stock hp of the 1000. So if you are wanting your 600 to be able to compete with the 750's you can't assume that all of them are going to be bone stock and amatuer riders. I say if you can afford it, go ahead and get the stacks because they will give you a nice hp boost through the rpm ranges and then get it dynoed.
To be trying to beat the 750's is not a bad goal but remember, they are sitting on a 600cc frame and only weigh about 10 pounds more than you with about 10 more hp stock. In the end it really comes down to the rider and then the bike. So whether you are trying to beat them in a straight line or on a track, work on your skills as a rider while building the performance of your ride to get the best results.

acualy. i maybe wrong. on the sprocket. less teeth in rear make more revolution. so if its possible to go down less teeth in rear, the ratio still applys. i was thinking of transmission.. mybad..

less teeth in the back will kill the low end which is what he wants. the more revolutions the less torque and therefore less power altogether. i'm pretty sure you will never hear of anybody going down in teeth on the rear sprocket, i'm sure it happens but i doubt they will have anything good to say about it.
