i have two problems 1st is on bad acceleration and 2nd on viberation

2002 GSXR
1ST PROBLEM
on acceleration around 7 to 9'000 rpm the bike sputters, after around 9'000 rpm all power feels back.. also at lower rpm the bike has a hard time holding a desired rpm, like it holds and the drops a little and goes back to where it was...
2nd PROBLEM
well when im riding the front just seams like it bounces all over the place good luck looking at cars in the mirror i mean i can see but its not clear. any suggestions.
