This is the plan....retake the motorcycle course b/c i tore my achellis by tripping off a curb. so imma have to wait at least till august to take the course. and guess what it was my left one. I have been looking at sportbikes on craigslist in philly and southern NJ and I came down to a few different ones i would choose. 00-03 gsxr 750 or 01-04 gsxr 600 or the kawasaki zx6r and ride one of these for at least 3 years and by the time im 40 i would get a busa. is that enough time to ride and get all the awareness down b4 going to a monster like the busa. let me know. I jjust wanna ride man. I also looked into the smaller bikes like the ninja 250 and suzuki sv650 but i just dont like the way they look. no im not trying to impress my friends/co-workers/family members. most of them have 750s, busas 14s 1000s r1s 1000rr. the really fast bikes and i really dont plan on riding that much with them its just that i wanna ride at my own pace and not be forced to do 120 on the highway. so i was thinking going no faster than 80 on the highway and the rest of the time i can take city streets to keep in tune with the starting n stopping and braking and turning corners then hop on the highway to feel the wind. let me know what u guys r thinking about.

I have been riding for about 5 years now, i only ride 600's, 03 r6 was my first and now i have a 07 r6. There is enough style to keep turning heads without speeding and doing tricks, i just like to ride thats it but i cant ride right now just broke my ankle got 12 screws in it, but yeah 250's are ok but like you said they dont look that good and a 750 might be too fast, if i were you i would stick to a 600 there real easy to handle and not to much pop so you can get used to going slow and take your time feeling how the bike manipulates your style.
