2005 gsxr 1000 crank but no start. stumped pls help

So hears the deal. i have a 2005 gsxr 1000 it was running but it was rough found the there was a wire cut going from the ap sensor to the ecu. had the bike running and made a jump wire just to be sure that was going to fix it and when i touched the wires it ran awesome disconnected the wire and it ran rough. great it fixed it.. not so much. i turned the bike off crimped the wires together 20 seconds later tried to restart the bike and all it does is turn over. did all the tests to cpk sensor cmp sensor to sensor all withing ranges. found out the primary injectors are in op as well as it has very weak spark. the fuel pump does run all fusees are good and all relays are good. i have also taken the ecu to another bike and it fired up and ran good. im stumpped now any help is greatly apreiciated thanks
