On May 2007, Super Streetbike featured a Suzuki endurance race replica, which served as an inspiration to custom build my Gixxer. I particularly liked the carbon-fiber look and paint job, and decided to contact WWR designs’ James White. He quoted the job I wanted to do, and mailed my plastics and parts on December 21, 2007.
It has been 15 months and I have not received my finished parts from WWR design. I have 50 plus e-mails from James White stating my finished parts are nearly completed and ready for shipping.
On September 9, 2008, I asked them to ship my parts finished or unfinished, or the market value of the parts if case parts were lost. Their response was: “There are no excuses the pure and simple fact is that your parts keep getting overlooked and promises broken. You have been more than patient; I am personally at a loss other than telling you the truth.”
On December 25, 2008 James White wrote: “I am almost finished with them…. I will ship them when I get back to the shop…. Happy Holidays. James.” Since then, he has ignored my communications asking for an update.
My recommendation to all of you is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WWR DESIGNS, AERO RACE FAIRINGS OR JAMES WHITE. He is a thief by trade.

I feel for your situation it must be frustrating. But I feel obligated to reply to your post in regards to my experience with WWR Designs and James White.
I have been doing business with James for about 4 years now. He has done pretty much all the work on my bikes (body work and mechanical). He has gone out of his way to make sure I have been satisfied with his work on each occasion. There have been a couple of times when he has had a backlog and had to wait a couple of weeks to get my bike in, but overall he has proved to be a reliable and quality businessman.
I have come to consider James a friend and am sure there must be a logical explanation. I tried to contact him today when I read this post but he was painting, and not avail.
Also I know he has recently moved locations to a larger and more equiped facility. Maybe that has soomething to do with the LONG delay.
Anyway I hope you work this out.

I have had the same exact experience with James White/WWR Designs.
I have given him $1700 and bodywork to carbon wrap & paint in May 2008. He was to duplicate the Endurance race replica with minor mods for me as well.
I have a posting on WERA, http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=207902
I am trying to find info on his new location in an attempt to file a civil complaint for the return of my property & $1700.00.
Maybe we can be of help to each other. I'm Maryland. My email is carl@pinnracing.com.
