I'm in a townhome with no garage, so what's the best rim cleaner and polisher to get the tough water spots out? I've tryed never dull and aluminum wheel polishers, but nothing seems to do the trick.

have you tried blue majic or mothers polishes.i use to polish my pipe and it works great.
