I was wondering if anyboby knew how to make my 2003 r1 get a little more top end and lower the rpm on the interstate??

go DOWN 1 tooth on the rear sprocket.

Thanks, hey the back sprocket has the # 43 on it but i know their are more than 43 teeth on it, do you know what that means?

nope, it's a 43 tooth sprocket. that's a pretty common stock size.
