93 honda cbr 600 clear title. best offer accepted

i am selling my 93 honda cbr 600. it would make for a perfect stunt bike, it has 44,000 miles on it yoshi pipe and it needs a little tranny work since 2nd gear tends to slip out and the rectifier needs to be replaced. other than that it runs fine. pictures are below, any questions please ask, i live in salisbury nc. thanks!
