ask a sensible question and you'll get a sensible answer. what bike? where do you ride? etc etc etc

Jason Britton, uses a 60 tooth rear. I'm not sure about the front. But a 60 rear should answer your problems. Good luck.

well, it depends on your ride. Most 600's come with around a 45 tooth rear, and use a 520 size chain... However most liter bikes use around the same size rear sprocket stock, but have a 530 size chain (much Stronger). If you want to start stunting, i would go with a -1 tooth from stock in the front, and a +5 in the rear... thats what i did to my 954 and it powers up in 2nd all day long... good luck
