ok, so here's my ??? i happen to be a girl. 5ft5 120lbs. and i wanna here your opinions. i ofcourse have a passion for bikes and is ITCHING to get one. so signing up for riding classes. yadda-yadda-yadda. a few of my male relatives suggest that i get a small bike to start-duh, but then there are some that say im too tiny to ride a sportbike and i should just be content being the candy on the back of the bike.  i've been to a few dealers and sat on a few ( not buying new just wanted to feel them out), and i've come to the conclusion that the dealer just wants to make the sell and could care less if the bike actually fits or would be unsafe for such a feminine ant tiny beginner. i've been thinking that a 250 would do me justice for a minute. also would it be a lost cause to even fantasize about learning to ride if a cant even drive a manual car? i heard that one too. but it seems this is in my blood, i just cant let it go. so, your thoughts.....

well im the kinda chick that takes on a challenge headfirst. especially when there someone telling me that i cant. nothing like the motivation of the hater, so i was gonna do it anyways. but thanks for your response its was encouraging to know that you didnt drive a manual car before riding. yeah i do like the 600's way better. i figure i'll just take my class and decide how much i can handle. thanks babes appreciate the response
