Center kickstand

I have a CBR1000F which is a heavy bike. I'm not big of a guy and I always have to use my side stand. What's the easier way to get the bike upon the center stand?  

I have two bikes. A 1000F project bike and a Yamaha Vision. Both have center stands, but the Vision weighs a lot less. The vision is as easy as putting my weight on it. I only weigh about 160, so getting the 1000F up on the center stand isn't easy.  For the 1000F I have to put all my weight on the stand and pull up on the subframe, like I'm trying to pull the bike apart. If that doesn't work for you your options are limited. You could do body building or gain a lot of weight or you could try parking on an incline. I don't think the center stand is really meant to be used regularly.
